Terms and Conditions:

This agreement is entered into by and between 'We,' EMZ Multiservices, LLC, and 'You,' The Client. 

We guarantee that our services are performed with the highest level of professionalism and meet rigorous quality standards. We are committed to meeting your unique requirements, working closely with you to ensure that your specific needs are met effectively. We exercise due diligence and care in preparing your documentation in a professional manner. We provide a variety of services, including but not limited to the following: Document translations, Notary Services, Immigration Forms, Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, and Business Formation. We reserve the right to modify or alter our services, terms, or offerings without prior notice.

By using our services you confirm that you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions:

  1. Age Requirement: You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

  2. Service: You confirm that you have the full authority to share and transfer ownership of documents, as well as to disclose sensitive information about yourself or any other person for whom you have received permission. Additionally, you grant us permission to prepare and submit the necessary documents required to provide your service on behalf of yourself or any other individual for whom you have authorization. Furthermore, you allow us to review your documents and offer suitable guidance as necessary. However, you recognize that you have the right to decline our advice and will only engage with any services or requests you agree to.

  3. Responsibility: You agree to provide all necessary information and documents to us in a timely manner to help prepare your service. You understand that you are completely responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for any missing or incorrect information that you submit. You will have the opportunity to review your documents or application before you submit them to a third-party agency, and it is your responsibility to inform us of any errors.

  4. Special Requests: You shall promptly notify us of any special requests related to your service.

  5. Concerns: Should you have any concerns regarding your documents or service, you are encouraged to contact us immediately.

  6. Confidentiality: We ensure the confidentiality of any sensitive information and documentation shared during our engagement.

  7. Payment: You agree to pay us in full for the services we provide. The complete payment must be made before all services are finalized. For some services, advance payment in full is necessary. We also offer flexible payment options for certain services. All credit card payments will incur a 3.4% convenience fee.

  8. Refunds or Cancellations: Once payment is received, all services are non-refundable. Either party may end the services by providing written notice to the other party. For services that are requested for the next day, cancellation requests must be submitted on the same day the request was made. Cancellations are allowed at any time prior to documents or applications being submitted to third-party agencies. If a cancellation occurs, you agree to pay for any services that were provided before the cancellation date.

  9. Legal: It is important to note that we are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Texas and may not offer legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.

  10. Third Party Acceptance: We do not provide any assurances regarding the approval of forms, documents, or applications submitted to private or governmental third-party agencies. Furthermore, we shall not be held accountable for any rejections of forms, documentation, or applications. While we diligently undertake all necessary measures to ensure that each service complies with the required standards, the decisions made by third-party agencies remain outside our control.

  11. Delivery Time: We are committed to providing timely services. However, please be aware that the estimated delivery time may vary due to factors such as personnel availability, third-party processing times, or other external circumstances that are beyond our control. In the event of any delays, we will ensure that status updates are communicated to you.

  12. Document & Information Safeguards: You assume complete responsibility for the transmission of sensitive information and documents through any means, acknowledging the associated risks. We disclaim any liability for documents that may be lost, stolen, or damaged for any reason. To mitigate potential risks, we offer the following recommendations to ensure the security of your information and documents.
    Electronic Submission: To enhance the protection of sensitive client data, We utilize third-party electronic forms that are end-to-end encrypted. You are highly encouraged to use these secure forms when submitting your documents and information electronically. Mailing Service: We advise you to use a mail tracking service when sending documents to our office. For important document deliveries, we utilize USPS Priority Mail service, with the exception of translation services.  Document Drop-off: We recommend that you place your documents in an envelope. Please write our company’s name on the outside of the envelope. Additionally, include your contact information inside the envelope when you drop off your documents at the front desk with our receptionist.
